Delays & Issues
- Festivals, strikes, natural events, or courier disruptions can delay delivery.
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, contact us with your Order ID.
- If the package looks damaged on arrival, take photos and contact us within 24–48 hours before accepting if possible.
Returns Related to Shipping
Damaged, defective, or wrong items can be returned as per our
Return Policy
(within 7 days of delivery). Return pickup is free when the issue is from our side.
